Transfer Certificate (TC) Issuance

A Transfer Certificate (TC) is an official document issued by Oxford International School when a student is leaving the school permanently — either due to relocation, transfer to another school, or upon completion of their schooling.

The TC is an essential document required for admission to any other school or institution. It confirms the student's academic record, conduct, and period of study at Oxford International School.

The process is straightforward. Parents/guardians are requested to submit a written application (or fill the form below), clear all dues, and the TC will be issued within the stipulated time frame.

⏱️ Processing Time

7 working days from the date of submission of the complete application along with all required documents and clearance of all school dues.

🏫 How to Apply

Visit the school office during working hours (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Submit a written application / fill the online TC request form below
Attach all required documents as listed
Clear all pending school fees and dues
Collect the TC from the school office after the processing period

📄 Documents Required for TC

Written application by parent/guardian requesting TC
Student's school ID Card (if applicable)
Previous mark sheets / report cards
Library books and school property return receipt
No Dues Certificate from all departments
Clearance of all pending fees
Parent/Guardian's signature on TC application

⚠️ Important Notes

TC will only be issued after clearance of all school dues
Incomplete applications will not be processed
TC once issued will not be re-issued under normal circumstances
For urgent TC (within 3 days), contact the Principal's office
TC issued only to parent/guardian in person or through authorized representative
Duplicate TC may be issued on written request with valid reason and applicable charges
